3. User Accounts & Credits

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• Credits are purchased via Lemon Squeezy.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• 1 credit is deducted for each successfully processed image.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Images: You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. We do not claim any copyright over your content.

Our Platform: The "RemoovBG" name, logo, and the technology powering the site are the property of RemoovBG and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Uploading content that is pornography, violent, or promotes hatred.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models.
• Automated scraping of the platform without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

RemoovBG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
